Corn Casserole II
I made this for the holidays and everyone loved it! In fact my husband has actually asked me to make it several times since. What is really great about it is you can be a little lax with the amounts if you need to be and it still comes out great, for instance the corn bread mixes I had in the cupboard where larger than 8.5 oz called for so I just added a little more sour cream. I would guess you could also just add another egg. Another tip put some of the cheddar cheese IN the batter. IN OTHER WORDS---YOU CAN'T SCREW THIS UP, IT IS JUST A GREAT RECIPE !!!!

Self-Rising Flour
THANK YOU ! I knew I could count on my "All recipes" buddies to come through for me! I found a recipe for quick dinner rolls, then realized I didn't have any self rising flour, ...what would I do without you ?!? Thanks Again!

Hot Pink Lemonade
This was delicious! I like the blueberries whole myself, my family wanted them strained, so I just used a pitcher with a slotted spout! Great variation on an old favorite ! ENJOY!
