Burgundy Pork Tenderloin
This tasted really good and was easy to prepare. The gravy did not thicken well. I will try adding an extra packet or cooking it on the stovetop for a few minutes next time to thicknen it up.

Baked French Toast
We made this for a family brunch. It was fanastic and loved by everyone. Be sure to use a large enough pan to bake it in - ours spilled over a little while baking - it rises quite a bit. Not a healthy breakfast by any means, but great for special occasions!
