Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing
yummy! I used olive oil instead of vegetable and added some whole raspberries to the vinaigrette.

Blackberry Spinach Salad
This was very good. Fresh on a hot summer day! In the salad that I made I used half raspberries and half blackberries. I also used pecans instead of walnuts. I served it with raspberry vinaigrette. The entire party loved it.

Basil Chicken over Angel Hair
This tastes great! I recommend that you double the "sauce" portion of the recipe otherwise it is a bit dry.
