Kitchen Sink Cookies
Loved everything about these cookies. Most of my batch were given to and eaten by friends, who gave me many compliments. I did just two things differently: Used only chocolate chip cookies (equal volume to that of the summation of three types listed in the recipe), and used macadamia nuts instead of pecans because they were on sale and much cheaper than any other nut at the store on that particular day. Making them again tonight so that I can enjoy them this time!

Slow Cooker Veggie-Beef Soup with Okra
I followed this recipe exactly with one exception: I used ground chicken breast, not ground beef. It all turned out quite good! 4 hours on low is probably good enough - I turned it to high for the last 2 hours because it took so long to hear up (what with the veggies being frozen and all), but in the end I would say my veggies and okra were over cooked, so I would stick with the creator's cooking reccomendation. Great left over too - I took a small portiona and used some corn starch to thicken it up - also turned out good. Will make again!

Lemon Chicken Tenders
Perfect directions for cooking the chicken. Came out cooked through but moist. Wasn't crazy about the sauce, will probably do something else next time, but I give it 5 stars just for the breading&cooking directions!
