I am 23 yrs old and a single mother. My daughter's name is LilyAna Hope and she is the best person in the world to cook for, she eats anything! I very much enjoy grilling. Experimenting with different marinades for every sort of meat is always interesting. I don't have many family cooking traditions, except tamales at Christmas, I suppose. Because of this I am working on developing my own family cooking traditions in an old journal, to pass on to my daughter if/when she is married. I make a mean beef stew, and chili...and I think I have just developed a great base marindae for chicken...leaning more towards the mexican side, though. And, I did just make some great white chocolate macadamia nut cookies...I do think the recipe still needs perfecting though. I can not bake a cake!...or ice it...or fill it...any cake I touch is instantly destroyed.
