My husband says it is the best banana bread he has ever had. I split it in half and baked one small loaf as specified in the recipe. In the other I added some chocolate chips, vanilla, and cinnamon. We really loved them both but liked the origional unchanged one the best. Thank you for such a tasty treat. I will not be baking my old banana recepie again.

Very good! Our family really enjoyed it. Changes I made were: didnt have any chocolate on hand so I left it out, and I baked it covered in the oven at 325 for three hours. I thickened up the liquid at the end with a bit of corn starch. Turned out perfectly tender. Only problem I had was the price of the meat. It was 5 dollars a pound- for goodness sake it is only a cows tail! I will definately make this again but cut down on the meat to afford it. Thank you for this great recepie.

Wow, we super love it! Better than any we had out. Made 2 changes: a block of tofu instead of chicken and some arame (seaweed) addedin the begining. My kids said that it was the best soup they ever had. Oh, my youngest says to add that he ate 3 bowls of it. Thanks so much!
