Broccoli Cheese Casserole
Super tasty, even the kids loved it, I added a couple of chicken breasts, browned, cubed and tossed in the mix.

Upside Down Pizza
This was a great, family friendly, recipe. As with most "Pizza" recipes, we just added our favorite toppings and it was well received by all, including the kids from the 14month old up to the 6 year old.

Baked Ziti I
Love it! I agree with most other commenter, you want to cover this dish so it doesn't dry out in the oven, and either put some sauce on the bottom or mix the noodles with sauce before layering so the sauce oozes through the entire dish. Super tasty!
