Jamie's Minestrone
Very very good! I made this during lent to serve as an entree and it worked well. It is not only filling but great tasting. I was so disappointed when all my left overs ran out. I agree with other reviewers that it makes much more than eight portions. Will be making again soon.

Beer Cheese Soup VI
LOVED IT!!! I also used cheez-wiz and it created a very creamy texture. I didn't have any bear (hubby drank it all) and it still turned our wonderful. I even had enough to bring to work the next day and reheated great. I plan on making this again soon. I
