Fast and Delicious Black Bean Soup
I have been searching for a black bean recipe that tastes authentic without a lot of effort. Although, there are many recipes that claim to be authentic they are very involved without the results. This recipe (IMO without the ham) has it all, you can use this recipe or modify to your taste. After trying many recipes, this is going to be my mainstay. I did double the cumin, used about 1/2c ham (because that is all I had), and about 2 teaspoons of vinegar at the end. WE LOVED IT!! Thank you sooo much for posting. We served over yellow rice. :)

Chicken Teriyaki - It's a Secret
Amazing what the mayo does for this recipe. My family is anti-mayo and so it really IS a secret. However, it makes the best and juicy grilled chicken ever! I mix 1/2 soy and 1/2 teriyaki as a personal preference. Thank you so much for posting. I have passed the recipe on to many who are just as amazed!!

Refried Beans Without the Refry
Amazing Idea!! I'm so glad I tried this - we love beans (inexpensive and healthy) and this is a super easy recipe!! There is plenty to freeze and have again and again. Thank you for posting!
