Baked Tortilla Chips
I really enjoy this technique of making chips. Much healthier than fried chips. I didn't use those spices though, just the salt. Had em with salsa, was great, thanks a lot.

Chicken Fried Chicken
I am lucky I found this page again! I used it long ago and I lost this recipes while trying different fried chicken recipes. I think the true secret of this were the potatoes flakes, and I will be using that aspect of the recipe for a lot of different friend chicken recipes since it adds texture and taste. Thanks for the recipe!

Mayonnaise Biscuits
These biscuits went over great. They are so quick to make and they are versatile for other dishes. The only thing it lacks is diversity. They are just biscuits(quality). I recommend honey or jelly on these things after they are heated up in the microwave.
