Pasta Pascal
My husband loved it, and he is the pickiest. I used sea salt and fresh ground pepper blend to zip it up some, as well as upping the garlic to 6 cloves and the tomatoes to 5. I only used half the amount of pasta called for. It's a nice, light, fresh tomato sauce. My husband says I'm gonna be making it often.

Dad's Pan-Fried Green Beans
love it!!! even my kids ate it -- it tastes just like the chinese restaurant makes them.
