About this Cook
I am 23 and have two beautiful kids. I enjoy listening to music, especially when I am in the kitchen cooking. :) I plan to go to beauty school when my daughter is a liitle older. I spend a lot of time on the computer, maybe too much time. *myspace.com/616wildworld*
My favorite things to cook
My favorite thing to cook is chicken. I also bake cookies regularly. I just love gettiong in the kitchen and experimenting and having fun. I love discovering new favorite recipies. I amreally happy when other people love my food too.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I'm all about creating new traditions for my kids. When I was little , my mom and dad only cooked vegan food. That is not something I am "passing on" to my children. My dad's mom was quite the cook, I've heard, and her specialty was baking cakes and cookies and things like that.
My cooking tragedies
Happen all the time.

Easy Granola Bars
I did not have any nuts on hand, so I just used the shredded cocnut, and white chocolate chips and milk chocolate chips. I felt like the bars were a little bland, but the kids and I liked them and ate them. Next time I will add casheews to them. I also took somebody's advice and cooked for only twenty minutes rather than 25. But they were not crunchy enough for me. I envision granola bars being a little crunchy. I will work with this recipe and turn it into my perfect granola bar! Also I lined the pan with parchment paper. Worked great!!

World's Best Lasagna
Ok, it is probubly my fault that this recipe did not turn out well. It was way too salty! I also think that maybe I didn't cook the noodles quite long enogh. It seemed like the lasagna became a bit dry. It just wasn't very good.
