Oat Waffles
What a yummy recipe!!! I made these for Father's Day brunch for my hubby and 4 kids. They all LOVED them! The oatmeal really gives the waffles a yummy nutty flavor. The only thing I changed in the recipe was I used regular vegetable oil instead of the canola oil (it was all I had). I turned the waffle iron on pretty high and the waffles were crunchy on the outside and moist and delicious on the inside! They were light and fluffy. I tripled the recipe and froze what we didn't finish for breakfast. They would also be delicious for dessert with strawberries and some fresh whipped cream! This is definitely our new waffle recipe! Thanks again!

Almond-Crusted Tilapia
What a great recipe! I made this last night for my husband and he loved it! I did make just a few minor changes to this wonderful recipe! I did not add the lemon (I didn't have any on hand), and I added a salt-free garlic and herb mixture to the eggs instead of what the recipe called for. Once the tilapia was coated, I put it on a baking sheet, sprayed it with some cooking spray, and cooked it at 375 for about 30 minutes. The coating was crispy and the fish was moist. Thanks for such a fabulous recipe!

Blonde Brownies III
What a yummy recipe! I followed the advice of several of the other reviewers and made the following changes: I reduced the flout to 2 1/2 cups, added 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, and baked it in a 9x13 pan for 40 minutes. The batter was sticky (which the kids liked!), but the blondies baked up nice and fluffy. This is an incredibly easy, EXTREMELY delicious recipe. Thanks so much!
