Beef Pot Roast
Came out pretty tender. I followed the recipe except added some potatoes, that was a bad idea, the potatoes soaked up the pepper...they were the spiciest potatoes I've ever made. Other than that the roast was pretty good.

Cracked Sugar Cookies II
These cookies are quite good, I used 1/2 butter and vanilla and almond extracts and they tasted wonderful right out of the oven. A word of warning put them right into a container after they cool. I decided to wash my cookie jar so I left them out overnight(I made them at 8pm)they were pretty hard in the morning.

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies are wonderful. I used 1 cup of peanut butter, but left everything else the same...fabulous!
