This recipe is pretty good with some modifications. First, you have to add garlic! I added about 3 cloves minced. I cooked the garlic and the onion with a little bit of oil for about five minutes and then added the ground beef and cooked till browned. I also had to add about 1/3 cup of crushed tomatoes into the recipe as it just didn't look "tomatoey" enough..hahaha. Finally, this dish is excellent served with a splash of vinegar on top. All in all, a solid recipe that will hit the spot when a craving for cabbage rolls hits, but not as good as the real deal!
