Sesame Seared Tuna
You can't go wrong w/ seared ahi, but this recipe didn't dissapoint. Make sure you get sashimi grade ahi, as fresh as possible. I didn't have rice wine vinegar, so I used white wine vinegar, and it turned out fine. I recommend you use less sesame seeds and hot mustard works as a good dipping sauce too. If you have a smaller skillet, cook the pieces one at a time, I tried to throw them all in a once and the outer pieces didn't cook entirely even. Like I said before though, you can't go wrong w/ Ahi, unless you cook it through.

Tomato Steak Sandwiches
I did this one a little bit differently, but it's a very tasty idea. I used left-over steak that had whiskey peppercorn sauce topped on it, and I scraped off the excess sauce because it was so flavorful even without it. Instead of using cream cheese, I used dijon mustard, and to heat it up, I toasted the bagels, buttered them, and heated up the whole thing on a foreman grill. If you do this, don't let it heat up all the way, just turn it on and leave the sandwich on there for 2-3 minutes. I'm sure any version of this recipe would be super good.

Amazing Ribs
The porter beer gives the sauce on these ribs a real seet and tangy flavor that is pretty good. It's probablyh better not to put them on a grill with high heat though, as this burned the outside of mine in less than 5 minutes.
