I am a 22 years old, college student from NYC. Fairly new to the site and I love it Breads and cakes because I love baking. This website has tons of good recipes. I love thanksgiving and christmas, when my mom cooks pernil and we eat turrones at night. Honeyt wheat bread, from this site. I was so proud of myself because it turned out moist, it rised beautifully, made it by hand w/no tech appliances and was my first time making bread. My mom was so impressed because she has tried baking bread so many times but it never turns out right w/ her. well the beer bread; I hate it because it was too sweet.
