Texas Jambalaya

I read where folks not in the south don't know what " Ranch Style" beans are. I think Bush makes a chili bean and Walmart Great Value Brand sells a chili bean. They are cooked with chili powder and other seasoning. You could add some chili powder to dish. Great dish.

Real N'awlins Muffuletta

This is a good recipe but instead of buying day old bread from the store, it is really easy to make your own especially with a bread machine. There is a web page www.nolacuisine.com that has a wonderful recipe for the bread and it takes very little time. I make it for just the bread and not necessarily the sandwich.

Cheese Garlic Biscuits II

These biscuits were too wet. They needed more flour. When baked they stuck to the pan and were greasey. Recipe needs to be revised.
