Kim's Summer Corn Salad

Left out the pomento's. It was awsome! I served it as a dip with tortilla chips. Everyone liked it! Especially those that dont care for tomato base salsas.

Cream of Coconut Cake

I dont know what I did wrong but my cakes didnt rise. It look like some one sat on them! I cut the pieces up and called it a coconut bundt cake. The taste was great, but it didnt rise.

Watergate Cake IV

this was so good! I double the icing and had a little left over, I also took 1/2 big can of crushed pineapple, added some sugar and boiled it down. Then poked holes in my layers and put the pineapple on top of each layer, then covered it with icing! YUM!

Cream Cheese Frosting II

This has the best taste! It's like a cheesecake on your cake! You have to refridgerate it before frosting anything b/c it is runny at first. I let it chill for about 30 mins or so.
