Sweet and Sour Sauce II

very good and fairly easy. used pineapple juice for part of water and reduced recipe by half.

Three Bean Salad

Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies II

Very Good Chocolate Chip cookie recipe. This rivals those cookies from the local bakery. Soft and just a little chewy and not too flat. This is my new favorite cookie. The only change I made was to add 1/2 cup flour since my cookies always seem to turn out too flat. These were perfect.

Fruit Dip VI

Kids love it. I usually add 1 cup of crushed peanuts to the dip and call it Carmel Apple Dip. Great as a snack or dessert. I've found even the non dessert eaters cannot resist this one.
