I should have listened to the others. This dish did not have the normal chili consistency and was too watery. I used a crock pot though so I just left it on longer to let some of the liquid evaporate and to let the flavors meld. I was amazed though that my daughter loved it, and she is at a VERY picky eating phase.

This recipe was even more flavorful than I anticipated. The mixture worked wonderfully. I highly recommend it any mom cooking for even the pickiest eater.
