I am a former elementary school teacher. Before I had my daughter I taught first and second grade for ten years. Now I am a stay at home mom but do teach one day a week for the school district working with students on indpendent study. Slow Cooker Carnitas
It was OK. Very tender meat but next time I would leave out the cinnamon. My family did not care for the flavoring.

Sweet Mustard Chicken Bake
Super easy recipe! Simple ingredients that you have on hand! I added about a teaspoon of brown sugar to make it a little sweeter. Very yummy! My family loved it!
