Vickie's Beer Bread
This recipe is amazing - who knew that you could make bread with only 3 ingredients? and in about 3 minutes?Fantastic! This recipe is extremely adaptable. I've made it twice now, each time adding grated cheese and garlic and onion powder. The second time I added a bunch of dried herbs (rosemary, basil, oregano, thyme) and it was sensational! Next time I might try adding spanish chorizo. I love the crunchy/chewy crust that it forms! I have used both self-raising and plain flour + baking powder and room-temperature and cold beer and each combination worked out fine. GREAT recipe!

Monster Ice Cream Sandwich
This is devilishly good! The cookie recipe is devine, although VERY geneorous. I cut down the recipe to make enough for 15 serves, yet I still made three giant cookies (so I just made it a triple layered cake instead!). The great thing about this recipe is the adaptability... and it's great fun to eat too!

Chicago Dip
This is YUM and addictive, although I have to admit I added at least 3 cloves of garlic and made my own mayonnaise. But this is simple, fast and easy and always, ALWAYS disappears fast!
