Peanut Butter Cookies IV
Ok , i'm really not sure how these would have been good without all the additions i made! I DOUBLED (at least) the amount of peanut butter. I'd say I used at least a cup/ cup 1/4 of peanut butter, i also added an extra 1/4 cup of brown sugar and an extra EGG ( to compensate for all the peanut butter) they came out pretty good. I can actually taste the peanut flavor, and putting them in an airtight container helped keep them moist. I'd definately NOT go by the recipe to the T though, add things of your own.

Feta Chicken
If you really want this chicken to shine you need to add some more ingredients! I added some sharp cheese, fresh tomatoes and chopped garlic to the feta cheese before I rolled it up. Then I put the bread crumbs on the chicken and sprinkle a little feta cheese over the entire pan of chicken. Now you have amazing taste!

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken
I've got to be honest, this was suprisingly disappointing considering the high ratings, There just wasn't that much flavor. I made it again later dipping the chicken in flour first, adding an egg to the recipe with the butter for the batter to stick better and added basil, and more oregano to the breadcrumbs (and garlic salt), baked them, then added tomato sauce and mozzerella cheese in the last 15 minutes, much more flavor that time!
