No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars
These are some of the best bars I have made and I bake a lot. I did decrease the butter to 2/3 cup, and increased the peanut butter to 3/4 cup and used a little more than a cup of chocolate chips. I used a mixture of Milk chocolate and semi-sweet chips. YUM! I used an 8x8 pan and placed 1/2 the mixture in the bottom, topped with chocolate/pb filling and then genlty crumbled the other half of the mixture over the filling. Chill for a couple hours and these are great. I may add chopped Reese's cups to the topping next time for an extra PB flavor boost!

Easy Granola Bars
These are so quick and easy. I love how versitile they are. I always use Fatfree Sweet and Condensed Milk. You can make these as 'healthy' or as sinful as you like! Some of my favorite combinations in addition to the oatmeal: Add 1 TBS almond paste to the Milk, slivered almonds, coconut and dried cherries or blueberries. Add 3-4 TBS Peanut Butter to the Milk, Peanut Butter chips, Reese's Pieces and Chocolate Chips Add 2 TBS Caramel topping to the milk, Mini chocolate chips, coconut, pecans, butterscotch chips

Peanut Butter Marshmallow Bars
These bars were really really good. I added chopped Reese's PB cups to the baked cookie layer before adding the marshmallows. This was a GREAT addition and provided another peanut butter flavor dimension with just a hint of chocolate. Perfect! I did not top with syrup, it seemed like overkill. My only complaint with these bars is that they are very difficult to cut and serve. The marshmallows stuck to the knife and upon taking a bit the marshmallow topping seperated from the bar. These were wonderful when eaten with a spoon along side some icecream!
