I have been married to a wonderful man for almost ten years now. I do most all of the cooking, but he can make good scrambled eggs. During the week I usually make something easy and try to eat right. On the weekend and Holidays is when I will experiment and try different things. There are a few things I like to make, but I do have fun baking cakes and bannana bread. I usually have the whole family over for Thanksgiving and do the Turkey and everything. I never could make fudge which I love until a friend gave me a reciepe that worked. I was so thrilled to make it from scratch and have it turn out. My past attemts always turned out to be mush. My first fruit pie from scratch was not very good. I could not get the dough rolled out, so the shell had lots of cracks. It also bubbled all over and burned in the bottom of my oven.
