Robbi's M&M Cookies
The only thing I changed was to use 2 sticks of butter and omit the shortening. These were a huge hit at my son's kindergarten party. I got so much positive feedback! You'd think these people never saw M&M cookies before!! But the texture was perfect. Placing a few M&Ms on top of each cookie and pressing in slightly before baking made a big difference in the appearance. I forgot to do that for the last few cookies and they did not look nearly as pretty as the rest. I just dropped the cookies on the sheet otherwise though, I did not roll them or shape them in any way. Great recipe, will definitely make these again!

Baked Apricot Chicken
Every year Rosh Hashana is at my house in the fall. It's the Jewish Newy Year so it's traditional to make sweeter dishes for a "sweet" new year. I get requests for this dish every year from my family. It's very easy, could be a weeknight dinner, so I'm happy to make it for the holidays! It always comes out moist and yummy.

Quick and Easy Alfredo Sauce
Simple and delicious. It's a hit with my son, who is four and does not like "red" sauce. Great on anything: pasta, veggies, fish...he likes to dip things into it. I'm very glad I found this recipe and I've been using it for years!
