Texas Stuffed Mushrooms
Yum. My husband loves anything BBQ and really liked these. I used pancetta instead of bacon and used 1/2 cream cheese, 1/2 shredded mozzarella because that is all we had in the house. Also, as we were eating, we tried a dash of texas pete (hot sauce) on top--EVEN YUMMIER!! I also used the mushroom stems chopped up and sauteed in the mix. The filling could be a good dip.

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto
Amazing. I used a variety of mushrooms and added garlic in this recipe, and it was very good. Well worth the time it takes, and I found the stirring quite relaxing.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
YUM. These were very good, though a tad sweet with the crumble topping. I had a ton of crumble left over when I was done. Most people would LOVE this aspect. The batter looked really thick and I thought I had done something wrong, but it was fine and the muffins came out moist and tasty.
