About this Cook
My favorite things to cook
Hearty Italian dinners. I enjoy making stuffed pasta, lasagna, etc... However, I do enjoy cooking [and eating] all types of food.
My cooking triumphs
New york cheesecake with a raspberry puree topping. YUM!

Hurry-Up Ham Carbonara
Pretty tasty and definitely easy to make in a hurry. I also replaced the veg oil with olive oil and added 3 cloves of garlic, and diced up some mushrooms. The only thing I didn't like was that it seemed too greasy. Next time I'll cut back on the oil and butter.

French Crepes
My family loves this recipe! My husband is Polish and craves "Nalesniki" the Polish version of French crepes. This is the closest recipe I've found to it. We eat our crepes with nutella, nutella and cocconut, raspberry syrup, or cheesecake filling.

Grandpa's Special Stuffing
This is a very unique stuffing recipe and it has become a holiday tradition for our household. I usually improvise on the ingredients since I don't always have prosciutto, pepperoni or salami. In the past I have used ham, turkey bacon, onions, and green peppers. Each time I make it, it turns out great.
