Creamy Chipotle Chicken
This was a bit one-dimensional for me. All I could taste were the chipotles (which I love) but I wanted something more. I just need to make a rule not to make crock pot recipes that call for cream of chicken soup. Yuck.

Amish Breakfast Casserole
This is so good. I made it for brunch and was thrilled to have some leftovers to enjoy for days. The cottage cheese is a pleasant surprise in the dish.

Betsy's Poppy Seed Chicken
I enjoyed this but I'm not sure my husband did. It was a bit bland but definite comfort food.
