Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
My only negative was in my bad choice to making only 1/3 the recipe (one pan). Everyone loved it, and it was gone before my husband could taste it. All found it to be moist, and delicious, and asked me to make it for Christmas with a change in the recipe...make much more.

Rosemary Roasted Turkey
As you make this turkey, don't be shocked by the strong flavors before it enters the oven. Once the aroma fills your home, you will build the confidence you have made the right choice. This particular recipe was such a hit, I don't think I will use anything else for quite some time. Very juicy bird, very flavorful gravy was made and everyone kept taking tidbits off the turkey well after dinner was finished. Enjoy, as we did.

Carrot Cake III
I loved this recipe, but my daughter, who hates cream cheese tasted the frosting while the cake was baking. She hated it, so I increased the powdered sugar 1 cup and added 3/4 cup milk, similar to the recipe on the back of the sugar box. It sweetened up enough for her, and still had that great cheesecake frosting flavor I love.
