Exquisite Pizza Sauce

This was great! I can't believe that I had been buying pizza sauce all this time.... this recipe is so easy and tasted just as good, if not better than the boughten stuff!

Caramel Apple Dip

This was really good. I was a little surprised that it was actually on the runny side... not too runny though.. it still coated the apples very well.... which actually probably made it easier to dip. I made this for a party of 12 adults and 7 kids, so I doubled the recipe thinking that 8 servings would never be enough.... it was far more than enough!! I could of made the single recipe and still had plenty for the 3 pound bag of apples I used.

This was very good. But I couldn't give it 5 stars because I had to add a can of black beans and some corn in it to give it a little more substance... but the flavor was excellent!

Easy Fruit Cobbler

I really enjoyed this recipe. It was super easy. I've made it with raspberries and blueberries. It's best served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream! I can't wait to try it with other kinds of fruit!

It's Chili by George!!

I was very very VERY happy with this recipe!! So many chili recipes these days try to add new ingredients, making chili not taste like the good old-fashion, hearty, tomato-based chili that I grew up on. This one was perfect in my eyes!!! I even followed the recipe exactly and it suited my taste without having to play with any seasonings! Loved it!

Rolled Buttercream Fondant

This was easy to make and easy to work with... but it was WAY too sweet to eat! I use it for making figurines, etc. for decorating, but wouldn't cover the whole cake in it, or no one will be able to eat it!

Broccoli Chicken Casserole I

This recipe was alright but nothing special. I used cream of broccoli instead since my husband hates cream of mushroom, and that seemed to work fine. Overall, it was just a little dry for me.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

This was one of those meals that make me wonder why anyone would ever go to a restaraunt! I was worried that the cheese would melt too much and drain out of the chicken, but it still turned out great! Definately a keeper!

Cinnamon Rolls II

I couldn't believe how easy these were. And they turned out PERFECT!! I was actually worried cause mine didn't seem to be rising like I thought they should, but they still turned out just right. I even refridgerated half of them and made them a few days later... still... PERFECT! I did however, use more brown sugar than I did white.. other than that, followed the recipe. Too bad they aren't fat free, cause I could eat them every day!

Cool Whipped Frosting

I reduced the amount of cool whip, and piped it into the center of cupcakes for a fun little surprise (with a little more of a pudding consistency). Then, I made it according to the recipe to frost the tops of the cupcakes. Frosting is going to be soft (no surprise) but it piped well and tasted great! I also used chocolate pudding for half of my cupcakes.

Mom's Favorite Baked Mac and Cheese

I followed the recipe exactly, other than using some mexican blend of shredded cheese instead of just cheddar. I didn't even notice the onion. This recipe is VERY good the first time around, but after two nights of leftovers, I might of over-dosed, cause now the thought of it makes me sick. It is very rich and very heavy. I would make again for a pot luck, otherwise, will only be a once in a great while dish in which I will only make a small portion so that I don't have the leftovers and don't OD again. I still give it 4 stars, cause like I said.. first time around, it was very good!

Melt in your Mouth Cookies I

I get big reviews when I make these. I sometimes substitute the vanilla extract with mint, strawberry, lemon, orange, and color the frosting to match the flavor. The result is cute little polka-dot cookies!
