My husband (who has complained I've made too many avocado type salads recently)and I both loved this salad. Great flavor. Only reason didn't give it 5 stars is while we like garlic one clove was too much for us. I have to admit it was a large clove. Will definitely make again but use smaller clove - less garlic and should be perfect.

This is a great recipe - easy and tasty. Only change I made was to add 3/4 pound peeled/deveined cooked shrimp when the mushrooms were almost done. My picky husband gobbled it down and came back for more. I'll be making it again soon. Thanks

Forewarned by others, I doubled the crust recipe. Came out great. I've made it 3 times now and both my husband and I love it. Thanks for a great easy to make treat or dessert.
