Banana Muffins II
Very moist and flavorful muffins. I added walnuts by popular request from family.

Banana Banana Bread
I've never come across a banana bread recipe that used the muffin technique of mixing ingredients only until moist. This is quite a tasty recipe , even without the standard banana bread ingredients such as walnuts and cinnamon. Definitely a recipe I'd use again.
