Hello, my name's Amber and i'm 21. I live in Vancouver with my boyfriend and our 4 fur-babies. Our 2 dogs are Hank(a 3yo lab/bull mastiff cross) and Violet(a 5mo red red nosed pitbull). Our 2 cats are Ebony(a 13yo amber-eyed, white angora) and Oliver(a 21/2yo cream-colored tabby). We also have 2 firebellied toads, 2 mice and 2 green anoles. my favorite things to cook are anything italian. I also love to make comfort foods and mexican. To me cooking is comforting. It reminds me of family dinners at my garndmas where we would all pitch in and help cook something. My grandma and I would bake on the weekends and holidays. I'm not very good at following recipes lol, so i usually take a recipe that looks good and add my own spin to it. I also make up alot of my own recipes. I am not very good at making rice, so there have been a few mishaps with rice and rice casseroles.
