Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
This was very good. Kids ate the whole thing very quickly. Few changes, salted meat, put onion soup directly on meat, put 1 can soup over that and added about 1/2 cup water.

Easy Honey Mustard Mozzarella Chicken
This was very good for a quick weeknight meal. Kids really liked it and it did not require a lot of attention. Only did one thing different, bacon did not look like it was crisping well, so I turned the broiler for a few minutes, then, after bacon looked crisp, I added the cheese and let it melt. Delish!

Gourmet Sweet Potato Classic
Fabulous!!! I made this several years ago for Thanksgiving and it has become one of the dishes that I now HAVE to bring! Everyone loves them. I will never make the old sweet potatoe casserole.
