I am a mom of 3 boys; I'm a wife; I'm a paralegal - I'm pretty much a little bit of everything. Someday, I would love to open up a small and quaint bakery/cafe/coffee shop. That's all I've thought up so far...no real plans. I like to bake cookies, and cakes. I also like to cook favorites my mom made me. Last but not least, I want to make healthier foods for my family. I, like everyone else, want to be thin and healthy. The holidays were always a big deal in my family. My mom would always get me, my sister and brother involved. I try to do the same with my boys. My first Thanksgiving!! There is this corn casserole that my mom makes. Every time I make it, something goes wrong. One time, it burnt to the pan, the next time I put the pyrex pan on the stove forgetting that the stove was on and the whole thing exploded all over the kitchen. The last time I made it, I put pam spray on the pan only to have it slide out of the pan and into the oven!!!!!!
