About this Cook
Need to make meals more so we don't go out to eat as much. Love being with my family and friends. I love to entertain people with dinner.
My favorite things to cook
Sweets!
My favorite family cooking traditions
We don't really have any, so I would like to start some. We started the tradtion of Polish Easter Eggs on Easter. It hard boiled egg wrapped in sausage and baked. That is the only thing I remember my family doing every year.
My cooking triumphs
I made a blueberry lime torte with a meringue top.
My cooking tragedies
Tried to make split pea soup and I let it over cook and my husband said it tasted like burnt dirt, although he ate 2 bowls. And then I tried and he was right, it tasted like burnt dirt, so I ordered a pizza!!!

Awesome recipe! First time I made dumplings ever! I used corn instead of peas and made it on the stove top insead. It turned out awesome. There was no left overs!!

The Best Meatballs You'll Ever Have
They were all right but I have a better dutch meatball recipe that I love to make. This one is a bit crumbley when you cook it on the stove top.

Penne with Pancetta and Mushrooms
This was pretty good however it does need twice the sauce. We used bacon instead of pancetta. And it was still good!
