Baked Slow Cooker Chicken
I also used potatoes on the bottom of the slow cooker instead of aluminum foil. Also, I seasoned it with "Zehders" Chicken Seasoning from Frankenmuth, Michigan.

Amish Potato Salad
my very picky 10 year old loved this recipe. i used a bit of splenda in place of part of the sugar. very good.

Barbecued Shredded Beef
YUM. I doubled the recipe, but omitted the water to fit in my crock pot. A darker beer works best. Would also be excellent using chicken, pork, turkey, or venison...
