Lime Chicken Soft Tacos
This is really the only chicken taco recipe I use anymore. Much better than package seasoning and super easy to put together any night.

Tarragon-Dill Grilled Chicken Salad
Really good, just a little bit of spice to the chicken but the dressing really cools it down. I have found that I usually don't need as much dressing as the recipe calls for, I guess it depends on how much mayo you normally like in your salad.

Mimi's Smoked Salmon Chowder
This was really good. I used the smoked salmon that comes in pouches, which tasted just fine. Even my picky fiance really liked it. Added extra potatoes and some Old Bay seasoning.
