Sweet and Sour Chicken I

Great recipe only thing too much work unless you are off that day (I'm lazy on my work days). It is surely worth the effort. I did follow some of the suggestions since I only had regular flour so I added more salt and baking soda to the batter mix and seasoned the chicken pieces, also added in some chili pepper flakes as my family likes things a little bit spicy. Thanks for sharing.

Beth's Chocolate Chip Cookies

I love these cookies, thick crisp on the outside yet chewy on the inside. I've been looking for a chocolate chip cookie that wouldn't just spread out, this one is definately a keeper. Thanks for sharing this recipe.

Turkey Brine

This is the first time I tried brined a Turkey and it came out great. Also if you are going to stuff the turkey I would cut down on the stuffing seasoning. It came out a little salty for me but I don't like alot of salt, no one else complained about stuffing being saltly. Thanks for sharing.

Great cookie! Everyone loved them. I put the kisses in the refrigerator so they wouldn't melt on the hot cookie. They came out picture perfect.

The Best Banana Bread

This is a good basic banana bread recipe. I did of course my usual changes to the recipe...added cinnamon and vanilla to bread mixture. Topped with chopped pecans then sprinkled a sugar cinnamon mixture on top then baked. Gave away most to friends and neighbors who are always happy to get home baked goods from my kitchen.

Mexican Cookie Rings

I gave this recipe a 5 star since my husband and child both said it was good. A good thick sugar cookie. We are having a fiesta night at school where my husband and I are on the PTA Executive committee so I am constantly baking or cooking something to persuade more parents to join PTA :)

Microwave Peanut Brittle

My first attempt at making Peanut Brittle and thought this was a recipe to try. It came out just a little chewy but I think if I had read the reviews first I would of figured out not to over stir the mixture after adding int he baking soda. Everyone that tried it said it was great. I will tweak the recipe to make it terriffic since I think I know what I did wrong the first time. Thanks for sharing this easy recipe.

Egg Custard Pie III

This was my first attempt to make custard pie and I think it came out great. The filling was not enough to fill a deep dish which I prefer my custard pie to be thick. Next time I make it I will up it to 12 servings as suggested in another review. Thank you for posting this recipe.
