Asian Orange Chicken
Good, but a little too citrusy for me too. Definitely reduce cornstarch and cook the chicken separately and just pour the prepared sauce after it's thickened.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II
One of the better chicken casserole recipes out there. HOWEVER, be sure to prepare your stuffing before putting it over the chicken. Omitting this step will leave you with hard breadcrumb-like stuffing on top. I also used extra cheese to make it even better.
