Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker
quick and easy!! Omitted the red wine. Everyone ate two helpings, so I think I will keep this one around for future use.

Cinnamon Carrot Bread
very quick and easy to make. I added raisins instead of nuts, added more cinnamon and added nutmeg and ginger as others had recommended. Also cut back on the amount of sugar. Taste was pleasing. two loaves disappeared with in the day so would have to say the family loved it too.

Broccoli Salad II
Easy and delicious!!!! decreased the mayo and sugar by half and added alivered almonds and sunflower seeds.... was a definite winner at my family gathering.
