Chicken Noodle Casserole
Good, solid comfort food. Next time I make it, I will marinate the chicken for a little extra flavor. Worth the time and effort. For those worried about the dishes, I boiled the noodles first, drained them and set them aside, then made the chicken and veggie mixture in the same pot. That way I only used one big pot, one small saucepan, and the casserole dish.

Three-Bean Soup
Very good and hearty. We had it for a side dish, but it could easily be a main dish. Will be making this one again!

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
Have made this several times, both with and without wheat flour. It is a little too sweet with white flour, but perfect with wheat! A real family-pleaser.
