Vegetable Stuffed Cannelloni

I made this into a lasagna as the noodles for cannelloni were too expensive. This was DELICIOUS! I didn't miss the meat at all! I HIGHLY recommend this recipe!

A-Number-1 Banana Cake

I tried this recipe instead of my usual banana bread I make with leftover brown bananas and have to say I found it a bit too dry. Think I will make my banana bread next time :)

Cream of Sweet Potato Soup

Banana Oatmeal Cookie

Vietnamese Meatballs

This recipe is terrible. Way too wet. I had to add breadcrumbs and the taste was nothing I would ever want to eat again.

This stew is perfect for a cold autumn day! I changed it a little due to lack of ingredients. I added carrots instead of peppers and corn, and I didn't have canned tomates so I used tomatoe paste and added a little water and it turned out fabulous! I made some homemade buns to go with it, and my family was so impressed! :) I will definetly make this again!

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

I just made this recipe again after moving to Australia and craving a hearty homemade soup. I added sweet potatoe, fresh corn on the cob kernels, carrots, celery and onions and it was to die for! One of the best soups I have ever made! :)
