Vegetable Stuffed Cannelloni
I made this into a lasagna as the noodles for cannelloni were too expensive. This was DELICIOUS! I didn't miss the meat at all! I HIGHLY recommend this recipe!

A-Number-1 Banana Cake
I tried this recipe instead of my usual banana bread I make with leftover brown bananas and have to say I found it a bit too dry. Think I will make my banana bread next time :)

Cream of Sweet Potato Soup
Great soup! I didn't even add the cream and it was creamy! Healthy and full of flavour! A definite repeat in my kitchen :)
