This recipe is awesome!! I did not change anything, I used the thinner pork chops but next time I would use a thicker one, I also made it with chicken and it was great. Thanks for the easiest recipe ever!!

Special Butterscotch Chip Cookies in a Jar

Reviewed: Jun. 9, 2009
These cookies taste good but I doubled the recipe and only got 45 cookies, I also added more flour as they were too wet and cooked them for 12 - 14 minutes.

Fire Roasted Tomato and Feta Pasta with Shrimp

Reviewed: Jun. 2, 2009
The best pasta ever!! If I could give this recipe 10 stars I would, my husband actually said that was the best pasta he has ever had, it was so full of flavor, I could not find fire roasted tomatoes, so I made my own, I cut the tomatoe in 1/4's, brushed them with a bit of olive oil and broiled them until they turned black, chopped them up and they were great. I will not waste time searching for them in a can. I did add a bit more olive oil as I was afraid there wouldn't be enough sauce also added more basil and feta, it was soooo good. you must try it.

These were awesome!! Full of flavor, I added the breadcrumbs as well, and reduced the worcestershire to a couple of dashes, I made the patties the night before and pan fried them. My whole family loved them. Don't change a thing they are great the way they are.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 16, 2009
These cookies are awesome!! I did what others suggested and added a teaspoon of salt and an extra cup of flour. My family loves these, so this is my new recipe, thanks. I doubled the recipe and rolled the dough into balls and put them on a cookie sheet on wax paper put them in the freezer, after they are frozen put them in a ziploc bag and put back in the freezer, whenever you want fresh cookies just take out what you want unthaw and bake them. Works great!! Also if you don't want them cake like just cook them a little longer 2 minutes or so.

Best Ever Banana Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2008
Five stars is not nearly enough for this banana bread!! It is absolutely delicious. I too added the brown sugar, pecans and cinnamon to the top and baked it in. Everyone who ate it devoured it. I have never been able to make a banana bread that wasn't still raw in the middle, but this one wasn't and the flavour is to die for. The only thing I would change is to line the pan with parchment paper. I couldn't get the loaf out, but we still ate it. mmm yummmm

Caesar Salad Supreme

Reviewed: Apr. 2, 2008
THIS WAS SOOOOOOOO AWESOME!!! MY HUSBAND LOVED IT AND HE HATES CAESAR SALAD. I DID MAKE A FEW ADJUSTMENTS. FIRST: I DOUBLED THE RECIPE AND ONLY USED 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC, THAT WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH. I ALSO ADDED 1/2 CUP OF OLIVE OIL AND USED DRY MUSTARD INSTEAD OF DIJON. IT WAS AMAZING, THE BEST CAESAR DRESSING I'VE EVER HAD. THANKS

These were the best pork chops, the sauce is soooo good! I made so much extra sauce cause I was worried I wouldn't have enough, so I now have enough left for something else, I'm going to try it with chicken, I'll let you know how that turns out. thanx Brenda
