Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
I love this recipe. It does take awhile to prep all the fruit, but it is more than worth it in the end. There are never leftovers and guests always ask for the recipe. Excellent!

Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce
fantastic! I made this as a dip for southwestern eggrolls and it went over great. Now I make it every week and use it to dress up everything from grilled chicken to baked potatoes.
