Awesome Carrot Muffins
I wish I read the reviews before I made them. Baking soda is too much, I couln't taste any cinnamon and the veggie old!!!....oh my...it is a little too much for me.

Super Easy Doughnuts
I used apple cider vinegar instead of white vinegar. I used vegetable oil instead of shortening but I had to add some more flour and they were okay to me.

Parmesan Chicken II
I will try this recipe next time. I just fry my chicken before I bake but this semms to be so easy. This way will help to cut more fat out. Thanks Anika
