Blueberry Spread
I used frozen berries instead of fresh. Frozen tend to add more liquid than fresh so I cooked this twice as long. I also blended the berries with a hand blender. Very good.

Meatballs with Mushroom Sauce
This was just barely "ok" I would not waste my time or ingredients again. The sauce and meatballs were bland.

The Best Bean and Ham Soup
SOOOO good. The only thing I changed was we didn't have any low sodium V8. So we used normal V8 and did NOT add any salt as it called for in the directions. We also served this over rice.
